Nature, ecology, and togetherness

Team building is not just a one-day outing, it is a chance for colleagues to connect, to learn something new together, and to build trust outside the office. At Zeleni Nar we organize team building that combines nature, ecology, and togetherness. We tailor each program to the needs and budget of the company, and we provide expert guides, transport, logistics, food, and the whole organization. From creative workshops and environmental challenges to classic outdoor adventures, every team building is an experience that changes people and strengthens the team.

Team building in nature

Eco team building programs

Description: A route through a park or part of the city is set, and teams run while collecting waste along the way. At the end we measure both the time and the amount of waste collected.

Goal: Physical activity, stronger team spirit, and greater awareness of protecting the environment.

Strategy: Employees are grouped into teams, compete on speed and the amount of waste collected, and the result is both a cleaner space and stronger cooperation.

Description: Teams get plastic, metal, wood, and other materials. The task is to build a sculpture that carries an ecological message.

Goal: Encouraging creativity, teamwork, and an understanding of sustainable practices.

Strategy: Teams are made up of colleagues who do not often work together. This encourages new connections and mutual understanding. The most creative ideas can be rewarded.

Description: A group trip to a site planned for afforestation, and tree planting in teams.

Goal: A long-term contribution to nature, working together, and a collective result that stays.

Strategy: Teams go through the whole process together, from digging the hole to watering the trees. The activity can be paired with a small contest for the number of trees planted.

Description: A full day in nature learning basic skills, lighting a campfire, preparing simple food, and workshops outdoors.

Goal: Connecting with nature, building trust, and relying on the team.

Strategy: Teams get tasks they have to solve together, how to light a fire, set up a shelter, or prepare a meal. All activities are led by an instructor.

Description: Teams get a map and tasks at set points, finding locations, solving puzzles, and collecting objects from nature.

Goal: Building team coordination, communication, and orientation.

Strategy: Teams are sent on different routes, and each point calls for a team solution. The team that first finishes the whole route and solves every task wins.

Description: Teams get basic ingredients and the task of making a meal in the open air. Part of the activity includes picking certain medicinal plants that grow nearby, and each group has to explain what those plants are used for and how they are applied.

Goal: Resourcefulness, creativity, and learning traditional knowledge from nature.

Strategy: Each team plans, splits up the tasks, and prepares a meal using the ingredients and plants they find themselves. At the end there is a tasting, and the best result is rewarded.

Description: A series of mini challenges inspired by nature and sustainability, for example build an object from recycled material, make a mini compost, or find plants nearby.

Goal: Lively fun, raising awareness, and involving everyone.

Strategy: The activity runs in short rounds where teams collect points. The best team gets a symbolic prize.

Description: Teams design a small project together (an eco corner, a vertical garden, an insect hotel, a mural made from recycled caps).

Goal: Team planning, creativity, and a concrete result that stays on site.

Strategy: The group splits into teams working on different phases of the project. At the end all the teams come together and finish the final product jointly.

Description: A quiz about ecology, nature, and sustainable development, with questions and hands-on tasks.

Goal: Learning through play and connecting colleagues in a fun way.

Strategy: Teams answer questions and solve tasks. The mood is competitive, but with an emphasis on humor and learning.
