Fill out the form and your request arrives right away. We reply without delay, and within 30 days at the latest. If the request is complex, the deadline can be extended by another 60 days, which we let you know within the first 30 days. Handling it is free.
If you are not satisfied with our reply
You can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, or through the site poverenik.rs. You can file the complaint regardless of whether you contacted us beforehand, and you can also seek protection in court.
