How many hectares of greenery a city has, nobody feels. A broken swing, everybody feels.
Here you will find what each park actually has: benches, fountains, playgrounds, outdoor gyms, courts, grills. What works and what is broken is entered by the people who go there. Once enough reports pile up, we send a letter to the authorities and publicly count how many days there is no answer.

How to read this
Being equipped and being kept up are not the same
Equipment is what a park has, and it is known the moment the park is entered. Upkeep is what shape that is in, and it does not exist until someone goes out to check. An empty field is honest, a made-up rating would be a shame.
A rating half a year old turns gray
A park changes over half a year. A rating older than that is shown in gray and with a date, so nobody plans a visit around data from last season.
Broken does not count as present
A park whose only grill is broken does not show up in the grill filter. A list that takes you to a place where you cannot do the thing you came for is worse than an empty list.
Grill: existing is not permission
The Fire Protection Act forbids lighting an open fire in a forest and within 200 meters of its edge, except at designated and marked spots, with a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 dinars. That is why we list a place with a built fire pit as "only at marked fire pits", and never as free burning. Where there is no fire pit, none of us has checked for a permit, and that is exactly what it says.
Where the data comes from
The base is OpenStreetMap, the only open source that exists for Serbia. The official register of greenery is not public. Everything about the condition is entered by people on the ground, and we review it before publishing.
Basic data on areas and street furniture: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license. Condition ratings and fault reports are our data and data from citizens.
