One day is not a verdict
Air changes with wind, rain, and temperature. A city that is better today may be worse tomorrow. The trend chart tells you more than the current value.
Greenery does not change overnight
The number of square metres per resident is the most stable measure on this page. It is calculated once a week from OpenStreetMap and shows what the city has built over decades.
Cities are not the same size

The measurement is for an area, not a street
